{"id":63,"date":"2020-10-08T11:58:20","date_gmt":"2020-10-08T11:58:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aleroma.ro\/blog\/?p=63"},"modified":"2026-01-19T12:12:18","modified_gmt":"2026-01-19T10:12:18","slug":"cat-consuma-o-centrala-electrica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aleroma.ro\/blog\/cat-consuma-o-centrala-electrica\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00e2t consum\u0103 o central\u0103 electric\u0103?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00cen lipsa unor resurse (cum sunt gazul, lemnele \u0219i motorina), <em>curentul electric<\/em> r\u0103m\u00e2ne singura variant\u0103 pentru alegerea unei centrale care s\u0103 asigure c\u0103ldura \u0219i apa cald\u0103 necesare confortului personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totu\u0219i, centralele electrice sunt <em>mai costisitoare<\/em> dec\u00e2t alte categorii de centrale \u00eentruc\u00e2t cheltuielile generate de consumul de electricitate sunt de aproximativ 4x mai mari \u00een acelea\u0219i condi\u021bii (volum, temperaturi interioare\/ exterioare). <em>Costurile<\/em> privind operarea c\u0103ldurii sunt determinate de un num\u0103r de <em>factori complexi<\/em>, mai ales din cauza temperaturii inconsecvente din foarte multe zone, \u00een timpul iernii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce este \u0219i cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 centrala electric\u0103?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O central\u0103 electric\u0103 reprezint\u0103 un sistem de \u00eenc\u0103lzire fiabil \u0219i puternic utilizat \u00een propriet\u0103\u021bi reziden\u021biale, comerciale \u0219i industriale. Acest tip de central\u0103 este <em>alimentat\u0103 cu energie electric\u0103<\/em>, dar <em>func\u021bioneaz\u0103 dup\u0103 principii similare<\/em> cu cele utilizate de centrale bazate pe arderea combustibilului fosil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Centrala electric\u0103 este un rezervor mare cu ap\u0103, care con\u021bine o conduct\u0103 de intrare \u0219i una de ie\u0219ire. \u00cen acel rezervor mare se afl\u0103 o serie de elemente electrice de \u00eenc\u0103lzire. Electricitatea provine din sursa principal\u0103 de alimentare a locuin\u021bei \u0219i trece prin acele elemente pentru le aduce la temperaturi foarte ridicate. Dup\u0103 ce aceste elemente electrice au fost \u00eenc\u0103lzite, apa trece peste ele \u0219i se \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te, de asemenea. C\u00e2nd apa atinge o temperatur\u0103 suficient de ridicat\u0103, o pomp\u0103 electric\u0103 mut\u0103 apa din central\u0103 prin conducta de ie\u0219ire c\u0103tre diferitele tipuri de radiatoare instalate \u00een casa ta. Conducta de intrare preia ap\u0103 rece din cas\u0103 pentru a fi \u00eenc\u0103lzit\u0103 de central\u0103 \u00eenainte de a fi reintrodus\u0103 \u00een circuitul de \u00eenc\u0103lzire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Care sunt avantajele \u0219i dezavantajele centralei electrice?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Spre deosebire de alte tipuri de centrale, centrala electric\u0103 reprezint\u0103 un sistem ecologic \u0219i fiabil de producere a c\u0103ldurii, care <em>nu emite substan\u021be periculoase<\/em> \u0219i <em>nu polueaz\u0103 fonic<\/em> mediul \u00eenconjur\u0103tor. Mai mult dec\u00e2t at\u00e2t, <em>nu genereaz\u0103 reziduuri<\/em> \u00een urma consumului de energie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenc\u0103lzirea electric\u0103 asigur\u0103 un confort superior, oferind un <em>control total<\/em> \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te \u00eenc\u0103lzirea la ora \u0219i loca\u021bia dorite, precum \u0219i capacitatea de a asigura o <em>temperatur\u0103 constant\u0103<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Centralele electrice <em>se instaleaz\u0103 facil <\/em>\u0219i sunt <em>u\u0219or de \u00eentre\u021binut<\/em>, astfel c\u0103 nu necesit\u0103 prea multe revizii comparativ cu alte tipuri de centrale termice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Energia electric\u0103 este o resurs\u0103 accesibil\u0103 din punct de vedere geografic, motiv pentru care consumatorii pot <em>utiliza \u00eenc\u0103lzirea pe baz\u0103 de electricitate \u00een mod rapid \u0219i imediat<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe de alt\u0103 parte, centralele electrice termice prezint\u0103 \u0219i o serie de dezavantaje. Astfel de centrale au un cost de achizi\u021bie similar cu centralele care func\u021bioneaz\u0103 pe baz\u0103 de gaz, \u00eens\u0103 ceea ce le face costisitoare este <em>consumul ridicat de electricitate<\/em> generat \u0219i, implicit, <em>facturile mai scumpe<\/em> la electricitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste centrale sunt <em>recomandate doar pentru spa\u021biile de locuit mici<\/em>, mai ales c\u0103 pre\u021bul energiei electrice este mai ridicat dec\u00e2t la celelalte tipuri de resurse utilizate pentru \u00eenc\u0103lzire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un alt dezavantaj, este faptul c\u0103 <em>\u00een timpul \u00eentreruperilor de curent<\/em> (frecvente \u00een zonele rurale) \u0219i poate atunci c\u00e2nd ai cea mai mare nevoie de \u00eenc\u0103lzire, <em>centralele electrice nu func\u021bioneaz\u0103<\/em>. Pre\u021burile acestor<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aleroma.ro\/centrala-termica-electrica-ecotermal-mrt-6-kw-p271\"> centrale<\/a> pornesc de la 2000 RON \u0219i pot ajunge p\u00e2n\u0103 la 12000 RON pentru variante cu puteri termice ridicate, randament 100% \u0219i alte dot\u0103ri suplimentare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dimensiunea spa\u021biului ce necesit\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103lzire<\/strong> \u2013 \u00een func\u021bie de volumul spa\u021biului de locuit, se calculeaz\u0103 puterea termic\u0103 pe care centrala trebuie s\u0103 o aib\u0103 pentru a asigura un confort sporit. Volumul spa\u021biului de locuit se calculeaz\u0103 ca produs \u00eentre suprafa\u021ba apartamentului \u0219i \u00een\u0103l\u021bimea acestuia. Astfel, pentru un apartament de 40mp, cu o \u00een\u0103l\u021bime de 2.5 m, avem un volum de 100 mc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gradul \u00een care imobilul este izolat termic<\/strong> \u2013 \u00een func\u021bie de materialul folosit pentru izolare \u0219i de nivelul \u00een care apartamentul este bine sau slab izolat, se poate afla coeficientul de izola\u021bie necesar calculului puterii termice. De obicei, valoarea coeficientului se afl\u0103 \u00een intervalul 40 &#8211; 60W \/ mc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puterea \u0219i consumul centralei<\/strong> &#8211; \u021bin\u00e2nd cont de dimensiunea imobilului, scopul s\u0103u \u0219i nivelul de izolare termic\u0103, trebuie s\u0103 calculezi puterea termic\u0103 necesar\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103lzirii. Puterea termic\u0103 se ob\u021bine prin \u00eenmul\u021birea volumului spa\u021biului cu coeficientul de izola\u021bie. Pentru apartamentul de 40 mp, puterea termic\u0103 este egal\u0103 cu 100 mc x 45W\/ mc = 4500 W = 4,5 kW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe de alt\u0103 parte, consumul unei centrale electrice depinde de factori precum:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Num\u0103rul de persoane care consum\u0103 ap\u0103 cald\u0103;<\/li><li>Nivelul de confort termic pentru fiecare persoan\u0103 care locuie\u0219te \u00een acel imobil;<\/li><li>Temperatura din exteriorul, respectiv interiorul apartamentului;<\/li><li>Gradul de izolare termic\u0103;<\/li><li>Pozi\u021bia geografic\u0103 a imobilului;<\/li><li>Timpul petrecut \u00een cas\u0103.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Randamentul centralei<\/strong> \u2013 se refer\u0103 la eficien\u021ba de a transforma kWh de energie electric\u0103 consuma\u021bi \u00een energie termic\u0103. Centralele electrice au randament foarte bun, cuprins \u00eentre 90 \u0219i 95% (centralele electrice conven\u021bionale), uneori, dep\u0103\u0219ind valoarea de 99% (pentru centralele electrice cu induc\u021bie).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eficien\u021ba energetic\u0103<\/strong> \u2013 spre deosebire de centralele termice care func\u021bioneaz\u0103 pe baz\u0103 de gaz \u0219i care, \u00een cele mai multe cazuri, sunt clasificate cu A, centralele electrice tind s\u0103 fie clasificate cu D. Aceast\u0103 clasificare este determinat\u0103 de faptul c\u0103 tariful la energie electric\u0103 este mai mare \u0219i de faptul c\u0103 electricitatea este considerat\u0103 un combustibil intensiv care genereaz\u0103 dioxid de carbon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tipologia de alimentare<\/strong> \u2013 furnizorii de centrale termice electrice pun la dispozi\u021bie centrale monofazate (care dispun de o putere termic\u0103 mai mic\u0103 de 9 kW) \u0219i trifazate (care dep\u0103\u0219esc puterea de 9 kW).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dot\u0103rile<\/strong> \u2013 printre principalele dot\u0103ri pe care centralele electrice termice le pot avea, men\u021bion\u0103m: boiler integrat (asigur\u0103 concomitent ap\u0103 cald\u0103 \u0219i c\u0103ldur\u0103), panou electronic de comand\u0103, termostat, senzori temperatur\u0103 exterioar\u0103, vase de expansiune \u0219i rezisten\u021be electrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Brandul<\/strong> \u2013 pe pia\u021ba din Rom\u00e2nia, se reg\u0103sesc m\u0103rci de centrale termice electrice precum: Protherm, Ferroli, Ecotermal, Bosch, Vaillant, Termostroj, \u0219.a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Garan\u021bia \u0219i alte servicii auxiliare<\/strong> \u2013 \u021bin\u00e2nd cont de faptul c\u0103 o central\u0103 electric\u0103 reprezint\u0103 o investi\u021bie \u0219i de faptul c\u0103 durata medie de utilizare este de 10 ani, consumatorii acord\u0103 o importan\u021b\u0103 deosebit\u0103 garan\u021biilor \u0219i serviciilor post-v\u00e2nzare oferite de c\u0103tre produc\u0103tori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e2t consum\u0103 o central\u0103 electric\u0103 \u00een fiecare lun\u0103?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Consumul de energie este unul dintre cei mai importan\u021bi indicatori pentru evaluarea calit\u0103\u021bii generale a centralelor termice electrice. Este, de asemenea, unul dintre factorii cheie pe care utilizatorii \u00eei au \u00een vedere atunci c\u00e2nd decid s\u0103 achizi\u021bioneze o central\u0103 electric\u0103. Pentru furnizarea unui kW de energie termic\u0103, o central\u0103 electric\u0103 utilizeaz\u0103 1 kW de curent electric.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continu\u00e2nd calculele cu datele din exemplu anterior, <em>pentru un apartament de 40 mp<\/em>, izolat, presupunem c\u0103 centrala va <em>func\u021biona zilnic pentru 8 ore<\/em>. Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere aceste informa\u021bii, rezult\u0103 un consum de 4,5 kW\/h x 8h\/zi x 30 de zile = 1080 kW\/ lun\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Costul aferent consumului depinde de contractul pe care l-ai \u00eencheiat cu furnizorul de energie electric\u0103, dar \u0219i de pre\u021bul\/ kW care poate varia de la zi la noapte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, pentru un <em>tarif de 0,48 RON\/ kW<\/em>, rezult\u0103 un cost de <em>518,4 RON<\/em> pe care trebuie s\u0103-l pl\u0103te\u0219ti pentru consumul de energie electric\u0103 doar pentru \u00eenc\u0103lzire \u0219i ap\u0103 cald\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sfaturi trebuie s\u0103 urmezi pentru un consum optim?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>  <\/strong>Exemplul de mai sus este doar cu titlu orientativ. Astfel, pentru a reduce valoarea facturii de energie electric\u0103, se recomand\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>S\u0103 utilizezi temperaturi constante de 20-21\u00b0 Celsius;<\/li>\n<li>S\u0103 izolezi foarte bine apartamentul;<\/li>\n<li>S\u0103 izolezi elementele componente ale sistemului de \u00eenc\u0103lzire;<\/li>\n<li>S\u0103 montezi termostatul \u00een camera cea mai r\u0103coroas\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>S\u0103 setezi intervalele de timp \u00een care este necesar\u0103 furnizarea c\u0103ldurii;<\/li>\n<li>S\u0103 \u00eenchei un contract de furnizare energie electric\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de consumul specific pe zi\/noapte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce tipuri de centrale termice electrice exist\u0103?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Centrala termic\u0103 electric\u0103<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aleroma.ro\/centrala-termica-electrica-bosch-tronic-heat-3500-4-4-kw-p2845\"> Bosch Tronic Heat 3500 4<\/a> este recomandat\u0103 pentru <em>sistemul de \u00eenc\u0103lzire<\/em> bazat pe <em>radiatoare<\/em> \u0219i <em>\u00eenc\u0103lzire prin pardoseal\u0103<\/em>. Cu ajutorul puterii termice nominale de <em>4kW<\/em> (ce poate fi reglat\u0103 \u00een 3 trepte), respectiv al <em>boilerului extern<\/em>, centrala electric\u0103 Tronic Heat 3500 are capacitatea de a spori confortul termic personal. Centrala TH 3500 4 dispune de un <em>display LED<\/em>, care ofer\u0103 posibilitatea unui <em>control intuitiv<\/em>. Greutatea acestei centrale electrice o face <em>potrivit\u0103 pentru instalarea pe perete<\/em>.
